When spending time with my dad, I like to accompany him on his favorite hobby; trespassing. Ok ok, that may be a tad of an overstatement. For the most part we actually do know the owners, it’s simply that they might not actually be aware of our little excursions.  When we head out, my dad, of course, has read his bible (the real estate guide) cover to cover and knows exactly which properties are under construction or on the market and the adventure begins. I share with you one such recent journey.
