Beetlebung Farm, is a fifth-generation family farm on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, which was run by my childhood friend and chef Chris Fischer. What began as a personal project documenting the farm and his cooking culminated in The Beetlebung Farm Cookbook, published by Little, Brown and Company which went on to win a James Beard Award American Cooking.
